One of Health Leads' missions is to work with and educate international highly trained millennials from several universities. As the future leaders of healthcare and the early adopters of new solutions and technologies they perform in depth research into the new markets and technologies emerging in digital healthcare. We offer them a challenging team and inspiring environment to develop themselves into this new frontier.

“Working with venture developers will challenge you to simultaneously think as an entrepreneur, an investor, and as a consultant. At Health Leads I personally worked on two great digital healthcare projects. In both, I collaborated on crafting exploitation plans for cutting edge technologies that were developed by research consortia from across Europe. In doing so, I learned how to develop strategic commercialization plans, craft financial projections, and deliver succinct reports outlining recommendations. Personally, I really enjoyed the challenge of combining these mindsets and living up to the responsibilities of this challenging work; in hindsight, I think few workspaces are so holistic.
